The Lakeside Wellness Center is the only integrated, medically-based wellness facility in the Omaha area that is designed especially for people committed to maintaining their long-term health. Our team of personal trainers and dietitians all have degrees in their field, as well as accredited, national certifications, and can create a customized fitness plan to help you achieve your goals.

Personalized Health Assessment
Every member's first step is a personalized Health Assessment. This will provide a comprehensive analysis of your current physical condition and includes:
- Graded cardiovascular capacity test
- Muscular strength and endurance assessment
- Health risk assessment
- Flexibility screening
- Body composition analysis
- Resting blood pressure and heart rate
Once you have completed your Health Assessment, our team will use the results to develop a personalized program incorporating a combination of exercise, nutrition and education.

Spacious locker rooms
Our locker rooms feature a separate women's and men's whirlpool, steam and sauna. They also include  complimentary towel service, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing lotion, shaving cream and hair dryers. In addition, each locker is digitally controlled so you can select your own locker and codes for entry, eliminating the need for keys.
Fit 'n Fun
Fit 'n Fun provides a safe, secure, supervised environment for children three months through 12 years of age while their parents are using our Center.
Education and Conference Center
We believe that education and prevention go hand in hand. Therefore, our education and conference center offers special health classes and sessions. Our meeting rooms are available for groups, business meetings, seminars, catered functions and parties.
