I cup non-fat plain yogurt
I cup buttermilk (or use 1 cup non-fat milk, soured with 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
I envelope ranch dressing mix

Preparation
Mix all ingredients well, cool I hour, serve.
This recipe will work with any packaged dry dressing mix that would require mayonnaise.
If a dip consistency is desired, use non-fat cottage cheese for the milk. Makes 2 cups
