Ball Toning
Spice up your strength training in this free-style toning class. Use the balance ball, free weights, bands and your body weight to see improved functional fitness.

Chair Pilates
Experience many of the benefi t of Pilates without leaving your chair: balance, strength and flexibility. No prerequisite
needed, just come and enjoy moving. Props used to enhance benefits.

Eclectic Yoga
Never tried yoga? No problem. Yoga uses a set of exercises and breathing techniques that help you relax and improve muscular strength. Come as a beginner or develop a practice in this class.

Group Active
Feeling fitter, stronger, and more alive has never been more achievable or enjoyable! Using all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility-all in a supportive group with motivating music and caring instructors.

Group Centergy
Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy.

Group Kick

Group Kick brings it on! This 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling. Group Kick will knock you out!

Group Power
This 60 minute barbell program stregthens all major muscle groups through simple, athletic moves like squats, lunges, presses and curls. Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Ride
Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone who can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you ride on!

On-Going Pilates
Improve your core strength, balance andflexibility using exercise proven to lengthen and strengthen all major muscle groups.

Senior Aerobics
Enjoy 60 minutes of movement to keep you feeling young. Each class includes low impact cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. This class is for anyone interested in working out, having fun and maybe making some friends along the way.

Step
Get a great cardiovascular workout and strengthen your legs, too! Using STEP choreography, you will improve coordination, balance and lower body shape.

Yoga For Strength
Using yoga postures and combinations, you will increase in strength and flexibility. Leave strong and energized, yet
relaxed from this total body workout.

Zumba
Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic dance class. If you think you can dance or not, come try this 45 minutes cardio class. Zumba: get fit, have fun!

Aqua Fit
A shallow water exercise class designed to give you a complete workout. Each class includes cardio, strength
and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome!

Deep Water
Exercise without impact! A complete workout performed in deep water (flotation devices available). You will enjoy great benefits through a wide range of intensities. Exercise your heart and muscles without impacting your joints.

Low-Intensity Water
This class is a great place to start! You will enjoy a modest amount of intensity throughout all the cardio, strength and flexibility exercises.

Shalow Water Circuit
A 60 minute class conducted in the shallow water using various circuit intervals and resistance equipment to achieve a total body workout. All fitness levels welcome!

Shalow Water Intervals
A 60 minute class that will combine high intensity intervals with low intensity intervals. Abdominal work at the end. All fitness levels welcome!

Water Boot Camp

Interval cardiovascular exercises and strength training in the water for this intense, total-body workout.

Water Toning
No cardio work done here! Focus on strength and balance doing exercises unique to water.

Water Works
Warm water classes will help anyone with joint concerns, including stiffness, arthritis, fibromyalgia and back pain. These classes will increase your flexibility, balance and strength.
