A: It depends on the specifics of each patient's problem.  Coumidian and aspirin is commonly prescribed for people with a mechanical heart valve.  Plavix and aspirin is standard for patients with acute cornorary syndrome. Plavix and coumidian could be used in patients with some commom vascular disease.  The percentage rate of pacemakers in which one of the leads do not implant correctly depends on the particulars of each patient.
