Senior Nursing students who apply for, and are offered full-time employment may apply for a $5,000 bonus. There are a limited number of bonuses, so please complete the application for the desired program and fax to the Center For Nursing Excellence at (402) 343-4636. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for the program selected.
Targeted Bonus Program
The Targeted Bonus Program is based on a two year work agreement for designated High Need Acute Care core staff positions. The bonus is paid in two $2,500 payments (minus applicable taxes). The first Bonus payment is processed after signing the Alegent Health work agreement. The second Bonus payment will be made to the successful employee within one month following the agreement one year anniversary date.
