Alegent Health is committed to full compliance with all state and federal laws and shall cooperate with all reasonable demands made in any government investigation of Alegent Health or its employees and officers.

It is also important that the legal rights of Alegent Health and its employees and officers are protected.

If an Alegent Health employee or officer receives a subpoena, inquiry or other legal document in regard to Alegent Health business, whether at home or in the workplace, from any government agency, the Alegent Health employee or officer shall first notify his/her supervisor and the Legal/Compliance Services or the Compliance Officer immediately. Legal/Compliance Services or the Compliance Officer will assist the employee or officer in following the proper procedures for cooperating with the investigation.
