The Heart and Vascular professionals at Alegent Health want to help you get heart healthy.  Learn about the effects of stress, heart healthy eating habits, new cholesterol guidelines, and how to avoid high blood pressure.

We have a variety of classes and seminars that are routinely offered by the Alegent Health Heart and Vascular Institute.  Most are free and you're invited!

Class time:  Every other Thursday  from 2:00-3:00 p.m.

If you have heart failure or are a family member/care-giver of someone with heart failure, these classes are designed for you.  A team of professionals with specialized knowledge of heart failure leads these classes which include topics such as tips for family and friends; low sodium diet; exercise and activity; managing medications and more.

Are Your Numbers Up? Take Charge of High Blood Pressure
Class time:  Every other month, 4th Wednesday from 6-7:30 pm
Place:  Lakeside Hospital
