Just when you're settling into an evening at home or enjoying the weekend, it happens. Your child gets a bump on the head, suffers a cut, or comes down with a fever. When your physician's office is closed, think of Boys Town/Alegent Health Pediatric Express Care at Bergan Mercy Medical Center.

After-hours service, convenient location

Pediatric Express Care is open seven days a week from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends. We're also open on holidays. We're conveniently located at Alegent Health Bergan Mercy Medical Center, 7500 Mercy Road. Look for the signs near our Emergency Entrance. Map

An urgent care center just for children

When your child is sick, you insist on only the best care. That's why we've designed Pediatric Express Care just for children.

When you come to Pediatric Express Care, your child will be seen in child-friendly surroundings by board-certified pediatricians and experienced pediatric nurses. And, because we're located at Bergan Mercy Medical Center (next to the Emergency Department), you can be certain that the resources of a full-service acute care hospital area available if needed, including a pediatrician inpatient specialist.

We'll let your doctor know

Because we want your child's care to go as smoothly as possible, we'll let your primary care physician know about your visit to Pediatric Express Care. A report of your child's visit will be sent to your family physician the following day, along with any recommendations for follow-up care.

Pediatric Network

Pediatric Place

This inpatient pediatric unit, located on 3 South at Bergan Mercy Medical Center, provides 16 private rooms, a kitchen, a playroom and a resource room for patients and their families. The medical staff is made up of specially trained pediatric health care professionals, so the child will receive the special care they need (Bergan Mercy Medical Center only).
