Faith Community Nursing Network
Network Outcomes
The Faith Community Nursing Network uses a webbased documentation tool that allows network members to chart their health ministry work, programs, group interactions, individual interactions and more. This innovative web-based tool provides our volunteer nurses with an opportunity to illustrate their health ministry work as well as demonstrate the impact their work has on the community. This documentation tool can also assign a cost-savings to each interaction based on preventative measures taken by the Faith Community Nurse. View our outcomes (pdf).
