Tier II
Payment of Bonus for Tier I
- $1,000 paid after 90 days of employment
- $1,500 after one year of employment
- $2,500 after two years of employment
Payment of Bonus for Tier II
- $500 paid after 90 days
- $500 paid after one year of employment
Bonuses will be paid in two/three installments contingent upon employee remaining in good standing and in a bedside patient care position and will be prorated for .5 - .8 FTEs. All payments are subject to applicable taxes. New hires must start within 30 days of accepting the offer. The Alegent Health Employee Sign-On bonus program is subject to change or be discontinued at the discretion of the Operations Leader of Talent Acquisition.
Qualified candidates must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience and be hired to work on a 24/7 unit at any Alegent Health metro-area facility.
