For $45 participants will receive a heart disease risk assessment, cholesterol and lipid measurements, blood pressure check and an EKG.

Your results will be reviewed by a physician and Alegent Health will inform you of any apparent conditions or risk factors. Your test results will also be mailed to you to share with your doctor.
