The Alegent Health Wellness centers, located on the Immanuel and Lakeside HealthPark campuses, embrace all aspects of wellness-including the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of the people they serve.

As part of our commitment to improve the health status of our community, The Alegent Health Wellness Centers are built around a "medical model." We don't focus on the size of muscle or the measurement of your waist. Instead, we stress the overall improvement of health and the management of chronic health conditions, with services such as warm water therapy and nutrition counseling.  Both centers offer a multitude of classes focusing on stress management, weight loss, strength building, and overall health and wellness.

The Lakeside HealthPark and Immanuel centers are open to the public for memberships and have a reduced membership rate for employees of Alegent Health.
