The Heart and Vascular professionals at Alegent Health want to help you get heart healthy. Learn about the effects of stress, heart healthy eating habits, new cholesterol guidelines, and how to avoid high blood pressure during the holidays. Cardiac College is an educational series addressing heart disease: how the heart works, effects of stress, emotional aspects, benefits of exercise, and nutrition/lipids. Patients can attend many free or low cost educational classes.
