It is important to us that you are able to use all features of our website with ease. Our "Find A Doctor" or "Physician Directory" section is designed to help you find information about any of our Doctors.

If you are having difficulty, the following tips may help you:

• A "standard search" allows you to specify search criteria. Leaving "no preference" in every field will return a listing of all doctors.
• A "search by name" allows you to either manually enter the physician's last name or search by the first letter of their last name using the "browse by alphabet" feature.
• The "browse by alphabet" feature provides each letter of the alphabet which can be clicked in order to view all physicians with that letter beginning their last name. If you are not sure of the spelling of a doctor's last name, try using the "browse by alphabet."
• When using the "search by name," the partial entry of a doctor's last name will return all doctors with that alphabetical sequence beginning their name. For example, entering in "Smi" will return Smith, Smithson, Smitty, etc.

Scheduling an Appointment Online

Some of our clinics offer "online appointment scheduling." This allows you to make an appointment with a doctor through our website. If a doctor practices at a clinic that participates in this feature, you will see "make appointment" as a link within their biographical information.

• To make an online appointment with a physician, simply click on the "make appointment" link and a form will appear.
• An asterisk (*) next to a field means that the information requested is required.
• Upon completion of an online appointment, you will be contacted no later than the next business day.
• Completing an online appointment form does not guarantee an appointment for your specified date and time. We strive to accommodate your busy schedule and will respond with our availability.
